Upon request and for additional monthly fee we are able to provide cleaning and maintenance services, payment of your bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes. 
For buyers who are investing in "buy to let" properties we can find tenants and guests (for serviced apartments and holiday houses).
For the busy customers who are not able to personally run their rental property we can provide full service against percentage of the monthly rental income.
For example many customers investing in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria are buying centrally located flats to offer them as serviced apartments to the big number of business travelers or other visitors of the city. Running an apartment as a serviced one, rather then giving it to long-term tenants guarantees higher income and better return of the investment. In such cases we can advertise the property, run reservations, meet guests at Sofia Airport and drive them to the apartment, give and collect keys, accept payments, etc. Cleaning and washing will be provided on regular basis. In case of problems or damages we will provide professional people who will fix them. 
We are offering the same scheme to buyers of apartments and houses in the other major cities and resorts, where the demand for short term accommodation is big: Varna, Bourgas, Plovdiv, Sunny Beach (apartments) , Borovets (chalets), Bansko (apartments, chalets), etc., etc. The usual percentage that we charge is 20 % of the net rental income.
For clients purchasing rural houses our local agents can provide regular visits and look after the property, pay bills, taxes, etc. We charge flat monthly fee of 30 EURO per month. 
Last years Bulgaria has been promoted as a destination for rural and eco tourism. Many buyers of rural properties are now interested in renting out their village houses to visitors who want to spend a week or two at the nice and quiet countryside of Bulgaria. We are able to run such properties in rural areas, advertise them, run reservations, accept payments, drive the guests to the houses, etc. We are charging fee which is negotiable and depends on the rental income.
Apart from that we can also refurbish and furnish your property with all needed. We have good connections with many local retail shops and craftsmen, so our clients can benefit from the most reasonable prices on the market.
